With an intent to provide value added services for Environment Protection and Sustainability, STEP was established in June 2010 by experienced professionals from environmental engineering and social science.

We understand that sustainability is a diverse field encompassing environment protection measures, resource optimisation, community engagement, designing green buildings, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing waste, managing hazards and hazardous waste and understanding and mitigating environmental and societal risks and impacts. It is not possible to have all this expertise under one roof.  We have partnered with various experts in diverse areas and based on the need of the project; we integrate our external partners into STEP team.

STEP is a relationship-based company with repeat clientele. Some of the clients and external partners are with us since the inception of STEP.
